Our guests are very important to us so we have policies set in place to ensure every appointment is at the highest standard. We ask that our guests show up on time out of respect for our stylist’s schedules and we have the right to refuse services for tardiness.

WALK-INS
Walk-ins are welcomed, but not guaranteed. We highly recommend setting up an appointment with your stylist so they book the appropriate amount of time to fulfill all of your hair needs.

24 HOUR CANCELATION/NO SHOWS
Our team of stylist carefully formulate how much time is needed per guest so we respectively require a 24 hour notice for all cancelations. We are aware incidents that require a schedule change happen and would love to help you reschedule your appointment for a better time. Stylist may chose to take a deposit of 20% for any missed services after your first missed appointment.

COLOR CORRECTION CONTRACT
All color correction clients will be required to sign a contract at the time of their appointment. Click here.

TAPE IN EXTENSION CONTRACT
All tape in extension clients will be required to sign a contract along with their stylist after being educated on at home care. Click here.
